Step 1: Download Winbox AppiOS users – DOWNLOADAndroid users – DOWNLOADOnce the Winbox app is installed, you will need to set up your own Winbox account. Tap the "New User Registration" button, then scan your referrer's QR code or import it directly from your photo album.If you do not have a referrer, simply tap "Register as a Visitor" to get started.Step 2: Create Your Winbox UIDYour UID is the username you use for Winbox login.On the registration page, create a new login ID and set a password using the following rules:UID: Must begin with a letter (a–z), be between 6 to 15 characters long, and must not end with three numbers in a row. (Example: winbox888)Password: Must be at least 6 characters long, using numbers only or a mix of letters and numbers. (Example: Winwin888)Step 3: Link Your Phone Number and Email AddressAfter setting up your UID and password, tap "Next" to go to the binding page. Enter your mobile number or email address to receive a verification code and complete your Winbox register process.Once all steps are done, your Winbox account is ready.

Your UID is your account username on Winbox. It helps protect your account, keeps it safe from misuse, and ensures a secure experience for all users.Please note that your UID cannot be changed once it is set.

Chips are rewards given to users based on their own bets and their subordinate players' bets through a rebate system. You can also earn chips through the LionKing game platform, where prizes and chip rewards are given out from time to time.Games that support chips will show a small green chip icon on the game thumbnail. Currently, Ekor, Poker Win, and Lion King all support chip gameplay.A few things to know about chips:Chips cannot be withdrawn, but any valid bet made using chips will be automatically converted into credit.Chips are credited to your wallet daily between 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (GMT+8).The total bet count resets every day, and the calculation period runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM the following day.

If you signed up as a visitor without a referrer, you will not be able to access any games or make deposits and withdrawals. To unlock these features, you need to bind a referrer to your Winbox account.Here is how to do it:Complete your Winbox login, then go to "Me" > "Settings" > "Referrer"Scan your friend's QR code or a promoter's QR code found online to complete the binding.Once done, all features will be fully accessible.

Clear your phone's cache and make sure you have not downloaded multiple copies of the Winbox app. Then, visit the latest platform URL to complete the Winbox download and install a fresh copy.

Check your internet connection, then close all background apps on your phone and re-enter the game.

Close the Winbox app completely and log back into your account to exit the game. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
